The Scania way to fuel economy

Scania presents in an internet campaign how driver training sessions and certain equipment or accessories on the truck can have direct impact on the fuel economy.

The site shows that just by taking the Michelin man off the roof, one can save up to 548 Euros per year in fuel. Besides experimenting to see which driving technique or equipments on the truck that will save the most money, the campaign also provides the visitor with testimonials from drivers, experts and truck owners who share their experiences with improving the fuel economy.

On the site it is also possible to see and mark different coffee stops along roads all over the world. The stops are being rated and if you have a favourite stop you want to let others know of, or if you visited one of the stops on the list already, you can make your opinion heard.
