Your vehicle in the 2010 calendar?

Every year the Scania calendar has a theme. The 2009 calendar focuses on the day-to-day work of drivers. For each month, a number of photos tell a little story behind the main photo itself. In 2008 the theme was “making a difference”. What the theme for 2010 will be is still a carefully guarded secret.

Scania has already begun producing its 2010 calendar. You have an opportunity to be selected for both the Favoritescania.com website and the printed calendar.

3 tips from a Scania photographer

1. Take your photo in a suitable setting – for example, on a road rather than merely standing in a rear courtyard. You might choose a parking place along a road. A pleasant but not too cluttered background is preferable.
2. A three-quarter angle from the front of the vehicle is a good angle, so that its identity is visible.
3. The best light is in the morning and evening. Midday light may be too harsh.
