Superb displays of technical skill and coordinated team efforts characterised the Scania Top Team World Final this weekend in Södertälje, Sweden. And when the dust finally settled, the Prestons NSW workshop team from Sydney, Australia, emerged victorious.

For more than 20 years, Scania Top Team has grown from a Swedish national competition to a global event, with contestants from the company’s workshops all over the world. On Saturday, the best team in the world will be crowned. Today we present the four remaining finalists: Latvia, Austria, Brazil and Argentina.
This year’s Scania Top Team competition attracted a record 6,000 participants from 46 markets. Only ten squads remain in contention for the title of Top Team. Today’s spotlight shines on Belgium, the Netherlands and the UK.
On Saturday, the winner of the Scania Top Team World Championship Final in Södertälje, Sweden, will be crowned. The best of the best include teams from Australia, China, Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, Latvia, Austria, Brazil and Argentina. Over the next three days, Scania will present the finalists. First up: Australia, China, Norway.

Argentina and Brazil qualified for the World Championship Final in Top Team by grabbing first and second place in the last of the regional finals, held in São Paulo last weekend.
This weekend (26-28 August), the fifth and last regional final in Top Team will take place in São Paulo, Brazil.
